Fall 2019 New & Updated IV Compatibility and Stability

In this update we added a new drug monograph for DALBAVANCIN. We added new stability information to the existing drug monographs for AMIODARONE HYDROCHLORIDE, CARBOPLATIN, CEFAZOLIN SODIUM, CEFTAZIDIME, INFLIXIMAB, MEROPENEM, METHOTRIMEPRAZINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PIPERACILLIN and TAZOBACTAM, AND SODIUM THIOSULFATE.
