Fall 2019 New & Updated IV Compatibility and Stability

In this update we added a new drug monograph for DALBAVANCIN. We added new stability information to the existing drug monographs for AMIODARONE HYDROCHLORIDE, CARBOPLATIN, CEFAZOLIN SODIUM, CEFTAZIDIME, INFLIXIMAB, MEROPENEM, METHOTRIMEPRAZINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PIPERACILLIN and TAZOBACTAM, AND SODIUM THIOSULFATE. Winter 2018 Update

In this update we added a new drug monograph for PLAZOMICIN. We added new stability information for the existing drug monographs for AMIODARONE HYDROCHLORIDE, BORTEZOMIB, CISPLATIN, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE, PEMETREXED, RITUXIMAB, and VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE. In addition, new compatibility information is reported for these existing monographs: CEFTRIAXONE SODIUM, LEVOFLOXACIN, and MILRINONE LACTATE, plus PLAZOMICIN with 92 other drugs.
