In this update we added a new drug monograph for DALBAVANCIN. We added new stability information to the existing drug monographs for AMIODARONE HYDROCHLORIDE, CARBOPLATIN, CEFAZOLIN SODIUM, CEFTAZIDIME, INFLIXIMAB, MEROPENEM, METHOTRIMEPRAZINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PIPERACILLIN and TAZOBACTAM, AND SODIUM THIOSULFATE. In addition, new compatibility information is reported for these drugs:  ACETAMINOPHEN, AMPICILLIN SODIUM, AMPICILLIN SODIUM – SULBACTAM SODIUM, BLINATUMOMAB, CEFTAZIDIME, CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE, DEXAMETHASONE SODIUM PHOSPHATE, DOXORUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ETOPOSIDE PHOSPHATE, FENTANYL CITRATE, FOSPHENYTOIN SODIUM, FUROSEMIDE, HALOPERIDOL LACTATE, HYDROMORPHONE HYDROCHLORIDE, KETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, KETOPROFEN, LIDOCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE, MAGNESIUM SULFATE, METRONIDAZOLE HYDROCHLORIDE, ONDANSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE, OXYCODONE HYDROCHLORIDE, RASBURICASE, SUGAMMADEX, TOTAL PARENTERAL NUTRITION SOLUTIONS, VINCRISTINE SULFATE, and VORICONAZOLE.

In this update we added a new drug monograph for PLAZOMICIN. We added new stability information for the existing drug monographs for AMIODARONE HYDROCHLORIDE, BORTEZOMIB, CISPLATIN, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE, PEMETREXED, RITUXIMAB, and VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE. In addition, new compatibility information is reported for these existing monographs: CEFTRIAXONE SODIUM, LEVOFLOXACIN, and MILRINONE LACTATE, plus PLAZOMICIN with 92 other drugs.

In this update we added new drug monographs for FOSFOMYCIN DISODIUM and ISONIAZID. We added new stability information for the existing drug monographs for ADENOSINE, MILRINONE LACTATE, and PROPOFOL. In addition, new compatibility information is reported for these existing monographs: CLONIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DEXMEDETOMIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DOBUTAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DOPAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, HEPARIN SODIUM, KETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, LEVETIRACETAM, MICAFUNGIN SODIUM, MIDAZOLAM HYDROCHLORIDE, PROPOFOL, REMIFENTANIL HYDROCHLORIDE, SODIUM BICARBONATE, and SUFENTANIL CITRATE; and for FOSFOMYCIN DISODIUM with 95 different drugs.
